IMPORTANT: The "official" submission deadline for Folk Alliance's printed Official PGS Pocket Guide was January 16, 2017. Showcase reservations made after January 19, 2017 will NOT be included in the printed Official PGS Pocket Guide. They will, however, be included in the Folk Alliance smartphone app, their online schedules, and on the schedules posted outside our showcase rooms each day.

Please
check the schedules to confirm that your showcase reservations are
listed correctly: Check the date, the time and please make sure your name is spelled correctly. Also, if your name doesn't link to your
website, please send us an email to let us know the URL to which you
wish to
link. info@accessfilmmusic.net
To reserve a
performance time, click
on the 
button that appears in the Status / Artist
column which corresponds to the room and time slot you wish to reserve.
This will direct you to PayPal, where you can pay your showcase
reservation fee and lock-in your showcase time slot.
All
artists registered for the Folk Alliance International Conference are
welcome to reserve up to 4 sets in each of our rooms.
Due to the constraints
of PayPal, if
you wish to reserve multiple sets, each reservation will have to be
executed as a separate transaction. Access Film Music reserves the
right to limit the number of sets available to any one artist. If you
are interested in reserving more than 4 sets in one particular room, please email info@accessfilmmusic.net to
give us a heads up in advance.
You can make your private showcase reservations safely and securely
using any major credit or debit card, including MasterCard, Visa,
American Express and Discover, or using PayPal's convenient e-check
payment.

Please note that Private Showcases in the Access Film Music rooms are
only considered confirmed once payment has been received, and are
assigned on a "first-come, first-scheduled" basis. If you pay by
sending a check in the mail, your preferred showcase times may no
longer be available, so please include a list with several options
based on the published schedules. It's best if you use the PayPal
buttons
below, if you can - That confirms your showcase times instantly.

AMPLIFIED SHOWCASE ROOM - Bose L1 PA system provided
Please be aware that more complicated set-ups may reduce the length of sets in the Access Conscious Alliance Rocky Mountain Suite. Setup and soundcheck will be festival-style, on-the-fly. Email for more information about the Bose L1 PA system, available number of inputs, etc. Up to 3 mics and mic stands will be available. We will not have drums or amps available, though you may bring your own.
Multiple contiguous sets are permitted!
If you reserve multiple contiguous sets in the Access Conscious Alliance Rocky Mountain Suite, you can ignore the 5-minute change-over between your sets, allowing you to schedule showcases lasting 55 minutes, 85 minutes, etc.
