We are incredibly excited to be at FARM in Grand Rapids! We always get introduced to such amazing new music and we're really looking forward to reconnecting with friends old and new at FARM.

Access Film Music will be hosting a Private Showcase Room at FARM on Thursday 10/25, Friday 10/26 and Saturday 10/27, running through the wee hours of Sunday, October 28th. If you're looking for performance opportunities during the conference, read on.

After making your reservations, please check the schedule to confirm that your showcases are listed correctly: Check the date, the time and please make sure you have spelled your name correctly. Also, if your name doesn't link to your website, please send us an email to let us know the URL to which you wish to link. info@accessfilmmusic.net

Our showcases at the 2018 FARM Conference will offer 30-minute "In-the-Round" performances, where 3 artists share a 30-minute set. Typically, each artist will have time to perform 2 songs during "In-the-Round" showcases, which work best for solo artists or duos due to space considerations.

All our showcase performances at FARM will be completely acoustic, no amplification permitted without our express and explicit written consent. Please email info@accessfilmmusic.net before reserving your showcase times if you feel you may need to use amplification during your showcase.

The cost to reserve an "In-the-Round" showcase is $22, which helps towards partially offsetting the cost of hosting the showcase room.

To reserve a performance time, click on the available button that appears in the Status / Artist column which corresponds to the time slot you wish to reserve. This will direct you to PayPal, where you can pay your showcase reservation fee and lock-in your showcase time slot.

All artists registered for the 2018 FARM Conference are welcome to reserve up to 3 sets in Access Film Music's Private Showcase room.

Due to the constraints of PayPal, if you wish to reserve multiple sets, each reservation will have to be executed as a separate transaction. Access Film Music reserves the right to limit the number of sets available to any one artist. If you are interested in reserving more than 3 sets, please email info@accessfilmmusic.net to give us a heads up in advance.

You can make your private showcase reservations safely and securely using any major credit or debit card, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, or using PayPal's convenient e-check payment.

If you wish to pay by check, please email us right away at info@accessfilmmusic.net so we can make special arrangements to ensure you're able to secure the showcase times you wish to reserve. Please note that Private Showcases in the Access Film Music rooms are only considered confirmed once payment has been received, and are assigned on a "first-come, first-scheduled" basis. It's best if you use the PayPal buttons below, if you can -- That confirms your showcase times instantly.

Very important note: The deadline to submit our Private Showcase schedule to FARM has passed. Any showcase reservations received after this deadline will NOT be included in FARM's Official printed showcase guide. All Access Film Music showcases will, however, be included in Access Film Music's online schedule and the schedules we post daily outside our showcase room.

At FARM 2018, Access Film Music will be hosting our Private Showcase Room from 11:30pm 'til 2:30am on Thursday, October 25th, Friday, October 26th and Saturday, October 27th.

from the FARM Private Showcase Agreement:
The No Amplification Rule

"No amplification of any kind is allowed. Some minor exceptions for electric bass and piano although volume will be strictly monitored." [sic]

Also,

"No drum kits. Hand percussion must be kept to reasonable level." [sic]

IMPORTANT: Only people registered for the FARM Conference can perform at private showcases, and this includes sidemen. Private Showcases in the Access Film Music room are only considered confirmed once payment has been received, and are assigned on a "first-come, first-scheduled" basis. Refunds for private showcase reservations may be made at the sole discretion of Access Film Music, and will only occur when a replacement artist can be scheduled.
